Private photography tuition gives you the space to focus on what you want to learn, with personalised guidance shaped around your camera, experience, interests and photography goals. Sessions can focus on anything from becoming more familiar with your camera and understanding settings to developing in-the-field techniques, exploring creative choices or working through specific photography challenges. With one-to-one attention and plenty of opportunity to ask questions along the way, your private tuition session gives you space to learn at your own pace and focus on the photography that matters most to you. •◊•◊•◊•◊• Coreena is known for her gentle, encouraging and supportive approach. She’ll help you discover the ‘why’ behind your settings without overwhelm, while encouraging you to think creatively, notice details in nature and become more confident making your own photographic choices. Her tuition is experiential and shaped around you, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions, experiment and explore possibilities along the way. •◊•◊•◊•◊• Suggested durations and what each timeframe generally allows 1 hour – Camera familiarity or beginner introduction Ideal for a Camera Driving Lesson to become familiar with your camera’s buttons, dials and functions, refresh your knowledge, or have a beginner-friendly introduction to photography. 2 hours – Explore a topic in more depth More time to explore your camera’s functions, customise menus and settings, learn a particular technique or develop skills towards a photograph you’d like to create. 3 hours – Practical learning in the field Plenty of time to learn and experiment through hands-on practice, explore different approaches and work with camera settings and techniques with guidance along the way. 4 hours – In-depth tuition A relaxed half-day combining learning, experimentation and reflection, with time to put ideas into practice and develop greater clarity and confidence. Payment, Amendments and Cancellation
Payment • Full payment in Australian Dollars (AUD) is required at the time of booking. • You may pay via credit card or bank transfer. Booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. Amendments and cancellations At Shutterbug Walkabouts, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to adjust your booking, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist. If you reschedule your booking… • 72 hours or more before the original booked start time: no additional fee applies. • Less than 72 hours before the original booked start time: a $50 change fee applies. No fees apply if we need to reschedule your booking for any reason. If you cancel your booking for any reason… • 11 or more days before the booked date: Full future travel credit of payments to date OR Refund of payments to date less an administration fee equal to 7.5% of the total experience cost. • 4 to 10 days before the booked date: You will be offered a Shutterbug Walkabouts gift certificate valid for 3 months from the original booked date. No refund is available. • 3 days or less before the booked date: No credit or refund is available; 100% of the experience cost applies. These amendment and cancellation terms apply only to Private Photography Tuition sessions. We kindly ask you to keep in mind that, as a micro business, changes and cancellations can have a significant impact on us due to the limited opportunity to fill the space left, even when advance notice is given.
