In-person photography tuition • From 1hr master your camera to 4hr in-the-field. Private tuition with Roy will help you build clarity, confidence and technical skills for photography. He is practical, thorough and will patiently guide you through an array of topics and techniques. With Roy you can dive as deep as you wish into photography concepts to strengthen your technical knowledge, refine your skills, discover new techniques and build confidence with your camera. There’s so much that can be gained from Roy’s wisdom and insights. Choose the duration of your session From 1 hour to 4 hours. Choose the amount of time for your session to suit your goals. The foundation is a 1-hour session, with additional costs applied for extra hours if selected. If you need help deciding, we’re only a phone call or message away. What the timeframes allow: • 1-hour private tuition Choose a topic to focus on. This session is ideal for mastering your camera where Roy will walk you through of functionality and customisations available or discover and set up personalisations for ease of use - perhaps both. • 2-hour private tuition This session is perfect to combine a ‘master your camera’ tutorial with a short practical session to experiment with your newfound knowledge. Perhaps you prefer to spend the time exploring techniques for a specific photo you have in mind. • 3-hour photo walkabout / tuition Extended learning that combines guided practice with step-by-step support. Great for exploring multiple techniques in real-world conditions and growing your confidence in applying them. • 4-hour in-depth tuition A half-day session tailored to your individual goals that gives space for progressive learning taking you from concept to practice to final image. Perfect for working through setup and functions then applying them in-the-field. Location of your tuition Your tuition will be held in a location that supports your learning goals – indoors for camera setup or outdoors to apply techniques in real-world conditions.
